U08087/4 European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal

This medal was awarded for service in Europe, the Middle East or Africa between December 7, 1941 and November 8, 1945.

One of the following criteria must have been met:

1.   Permanent assignment within the theater.

2.   Temporary duty in the theater for 30 consecutive or 60 non-consecutive days.

3.     Awarded a combat decoration while in combat with the enemy.

This example has an unmarked crimp brooch, and appears to be a 1960's or 70's strike. It is in mint condition.
