UQQ8G-2 Specialist 4 (E-4) Insignia, Vietnam Era

This is a pair of specialist 4 insignia in mint condition. They are cut edge, so they are Vietnam War period or before . They are machine embroidered in yellow thread on army green twill. The design is that of a United States National eagle with army green borders.

This pattern was first used in about 1959. About 1969 or 1970, the army began to use merrowed edges, so these date from 1959 to 1970.
